ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity available for a LV mechanic to join our team at McArthur River Mine site (MRM), located approximately 800km from Darwin. Working on a 2 on 2 off roster cycle , you will provide onsite LV support, schedule and provide preventative and routine maintenance, and attend breakdowns as required on a variety of smaller equipment in our fleet.
ABOUT YOU
You are a self-motivated individual, and possess the following attributes:
- Appropriate mechanical vocational trade qualification (AUR or MEM);
- Darwin local, with your own accommodation;
- Current Driver’s License;
- Mechanically minded, good manual dexterity, with an interest in heavy machinery;
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain);
- Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol test; and
- Full work rights in Australia
