Our Founder and Creator, Bee Czarnota, has created what industry experts call "Australia's cult Lymphatic Massage treatment". Lymphatic wellness is crucial to our overall health and well-being. About the role
We are seeking an experienced Massage, Beauty, or Dermal Therapist that we can invest in and train further to become a BEETOX Method Lymphatic Wellness Therapist - and are willing to be flexible as to how many hours a week for the right candidate. As a BEETOX Method Practitioner, you are customer obsessed and will be responsible for delivering our signature Lymphatic Massage treatments to our clients. You will be working in a brand new and beautifully curated space where every treatment room has fresh air and sunlight. This allows our team to provide a perfect serene and client-centric treatment environment. We are dynamic and fast-paced behind the scenes, and you will use your existing skills and knowledge of well-being alongside our proven method to help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the lymphatic system
- Performing client treatments using the signature BEETOX Method
- Assisting with client admin tasks as required such as taking payment, and if needed, arranging client bookings
- Taking pride in your appearance with an immaculate presentation
- Assisting with maintaining a pristine clinic environment
- Providing clients with a bespoke holistic wellness approach
About you
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for health and wellness, is keen to learn about the amazing benefits of the Lymphatic system and is entirely focused on client outcomes and fully aligns with The BEETOX Method vision. You will have a qualification in beauty, massage, or dermal therapy, preferably with a focus on lymphatic drainage. This role requires a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be a self-starter, keen to learn, able to work independently and love being an integral part of a high performing team.
To become part of the team, there are a few skills you should have:
- Knowledge of anatomy with proven experience with hands-on (massage, beauty or dermal) in recent times
- Diploma of beauty or remedial massage (or similar)
- Your client focus, communication, and treatment skills are second to none
- Well-mannered and kind with a caring nature, and holding loyalty as a personal value
- Attention to detail is a must but most importantly taking initiative
- Willing to continually learn and be guided and willing to be a part of a Team with a “we” not “me” mindset.
