AddressOur Client is a National Manufacturer of mill liner bolts, fasteners and crushing equipment. This highly reputable company values itself on providing superior engineered steel products ready for impact. Ensuring minimum down time for their mining client's production and output.
Due to high demand for their goods and service we are recruiting for multiple Operators to join this Manufacturing plant in the Eastern Suburbs.
This role will primary be on afternoon shift but require flexibility to work on day shift as per the business needs. The environment is manufacturing with steel and therefore the environment has hot areas for heat treatment as well as machining and auto welding equipment. This workplace does engage in regular overtime to those invested in making a difference.
To be considered for this role:
- You must hold a current forklift ticket and be available to work across both afternoon and day shift. (Shift work does attract loadings and the hourly rate is above award.)
- Have an eye for detail, experience with fault finding and confident with numeracy and literacy
- Comfortable with repetitive work as tasks are the roles specific to area of the manufacturing line
You must also be able to pass a drug and alcohol as this site does have a formal Drug and Alcohol policy and site testing is in place. A negative D&A test is required to commence.
Rosters:
- Day Shift 6am-2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
- Monday to Friday roster, 8-hour shifts Monday-Thursday and 6-hour shift on Friday... an early start to your weekend!
