Key duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Production Manager in day to day activities, ensuring a smooth work flow
- Operation of filling equipment
- Ensuring production adheres to quality standards and completing required documentation
- Adhering to production schedule
- Maintain clean work environment
- Ensuring OHS standards are maintained
- Packing batches according to the batch sheet
- Moving materials around site with a forklift
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Must have demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator
- Experience handling and working with chemicals will be well regarded
- Current forklift licence and experience, Reach forklift experience desirable
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Lifting up to 25kg
- Fantastic problem solving abilities
