- Set machine operational information (speed, cut size, type).
- Maintain press condition through cleaning and tool maintenance.
- Transfer sheet metals between presses, minimize waste, and maintain cycle times.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and technical specs.
- Perform quality control checks based on defined frequencies and drawings.
- Monitor equipment, perform minor fixes, and report issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance for equipment breakdowns.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures.
- Propose ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Minimum 1 years of press operating experience.
- 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
