The role is responsible for providing advice and high-quality services relating to human resources management, finance and administration and briefing processes for their designated offices for the directorate of Student Support Services.The role will also contribute to meeting objectives for their designated offices through supporting the implementation of initiatives and procedures endorsed by the Student Support Services leadership team, undertaking minor projects designed to expedite and improve information flow within the directorate and is key to improving and supporting effective business operations.QualificationsDesirable: Appropriate qualification in administration, management, business, finance or similar.Why work with usBy joining our team, you will:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Description.Application Instructions
