Great opportunity to join a successful Sheetmetal business in the eastern suburbs, this well-established company has a strong stable history in Sheetmetal and Printing are looking for a Turret punch Operator.
This new position will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Be responsible for Set / Run the Turret Punch and other fabrication machines finishing parts, or assist in the welding section, keeping the workshop clean and tidy, and working in a team setting.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading and very successful company that is offering long term perm work.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Turret Punch experience ideal.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Background in a similar role within a Sheetmetal Shop
- Be versatile to undertake various tasks in a day
