Position Available: We have exciting opportunities for experienced Machine Operators and Assistant Machine Operators to become an integral part of our clients dynamic team in Wodonga. These are permanent, full-time positions where you will play a key role in producing high-quality cardboard packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture cardboard packaging.
• Manage computer production systems and interfaces.
• Assist with job changes and other related tasks.
• Conduct quality inspection checks and adhere to procedural standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment for both yourself and your colleagues.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
• Warhouse work and general labouring
• Pallet stacking and wrapping

Working Hours: Work 37.5 hours a week with shifts from 7.00am to 3.00pm or 3.00pm to 11.00pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts rotate every two weeks, with overtime opportunities available for each shift and plenty of weekend work if you want it!

Candidate Profile: Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing setting. You should be physically fit, possess excellent interpersonal skills including clear communication, self-confidence, and teamwork. The ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail in quality control are crucial.

All candidates must be able to pass premployment assesments including Criminal History check & Medical assesment including drug and alchol screening.
