Machine Operators

We are recognised for our expertise and success in providing businesses with flexible, motivated and performance based workforce within the Australian marketplace.We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators for our client in Dandenong South.Timing: 6:30am to 4:30pm (2hours OT each day)The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
• Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
• Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
• Maintain quality of products associated documentation according to specifications
• Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers escalate in case of deviations and issues.

The successful candidate for MACHINE OPERATORS will require;

• Previous experience working as a Machine Operator in a food and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Prior knowledge operating dry product fill lines advantageous
• Familiar with HACCP
• Experience with Flow wrappers, Led Cartoner boxing machines.
• Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms.
• Computer literate
• Team player and good communication skills
• Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Blending and mixing of raw materials
• Dispensing and weighing out Raw materials
• Debagging and weighing of ingredients
• Working along the production Plan and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment
