We are a new established food manufacturer based in Moorabbin. We are seeking a MachineOperators and Production Assistants to join the production team on a casual basis to start ASAP, turning to Full-time after probation.
Position 1 - Machine Operators:
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities may include:
About the role:
8 hours day shift Monday to Friday
- Working in a busy production line
- Machine Operating
- Data entry and some quality sheet to complete
- Loading of packaging materials onto production lines
- Basic quality checks (e.g. weight)
- General housekeeping
- Help Production Manager to run production and other ad hoc tasks
About you:
This role would be a great opportunity for an applicant with a positive attitude who is interested in a career in food manufacturing. We provide full training, although previous food production / manufacturing machine operation experience would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator in food industry (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Reliability and good work ethic
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Team player
- Fluent Chinese and English would be highly regarded
Position 2 - Production Assistants
About the role:
8 hours day shift Monday to Friday
- Food processing from blending to packing;
- Working in a busy production line;
- Cleaning and washing;
- Production line operating, picking and packing products;
- Basic quality checks (e.g. packaging broken checking)

This role would be a great opportunity for an applicant with a positive attitude who is interested in a career in food manufacturing. We provide full training, although previous food production / manufacturing machine operation experience would be highly regarded.
