THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to Production Manager, the Trainee Production Supervisor, based at either our Whittingham or Young establishment will:

• Supervise boning room/slaughter floor employees to ensure operational, training and safety requirements are met
• Control product quality outputs from production meet customer requirements
• Maximising yield and profitability from product
• Promote organizational values and expectations
• Develop and implement corrective actions appropriate for internal and external findings
• Ensure shift manning is maintained and targets are being consistently met
• Be available to travel between both site locations to support production when required
