Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the manufacturing industry? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our clients in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne as Machine Operators, Factory Hands and Production Workers in a variety of industries.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Operating and monitoring machines - Ensuring they run at optimum performance
- Properly prepare, set, and run the machines
- Adjust machine controls to required set up for production
- Consistently produce high-quality products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, adhering to established standards of excellence
- Manual handling of up 20kg may be required at times
Experience:
- Previous experience in machine operation or a related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality production outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to work morning or afternoon shifts
- Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in Australia
- May need to undertake and pass, police checks and medical checks for some roles
- Must be willing to accept either a permanent part time (19 hours+) or a full time role
