AddressOur Dynamic team requires an energetic, self-driven Machinery Service- A Grade Electrician/Technician
The objective of the technician is setting up, installing, troubleshooting, repairing & proactively maintaining pallet wrapping machines and other packaging machinery.
Task and Duties include:
- Setting up and installing machinery, providing troubleshooting support to technicians & customers.
- Maintaining and repairing parts systems, providing pro-active servicing to customers offsite & ensuring all machinery in house is in full working order.
- Testing machinery for diagnostics, and repairing parts and wiring and electronic parts
- Training and advising users and customers on correct and safe operating procedures of the machinery
- Ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner and liaise closely with other key stakeholders within the organization, as well as external and internal customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Provide great customer service with a high degree of professionalism and presentation
- Work in a professional and safe manner at all time and maintain all relevant OH&S requirements
Essential skills/Qualifications• ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence (must be recognisted in Australia)
- Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Equipment/Machinery
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Other skill that would be preferable but not imperative:
AutoCAD design skills

The position reports directly to the Service/Maintenance Manager.
