Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and seeking multiple Mailroom Team Members to join its friendly team.
Your New Role
As the Mailroom Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role onsite for one of Iron Mountain's key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations. This full-time temporary role, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm, presents an opportunity for permanency for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
- Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
- Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
- Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
- Adhering to company WHS procedures.

About You
- Previous mailroom experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Basic-intermediate computer skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
