Lutheran Aged Care Albury is looking for a Head Chef/Cook to join our team to assist with recent growth. Our Chefs are responsible for the production of excellent quality and well-presented food, innovation in menus, liaison with our residents in their day to day meals, and for overseeing all aspects of celebratory events. The Chef must manage and cultivate food services staff in their understanding and knowledge of food production, presentation, and customer service. The Chef works in support of and liaison with the Hotel Services Manager and is an essential member of the food services team.
