About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and high performing Maintainer Refrigeration to join our Site Services team at our Robe Valley Operations.

You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll be working an 8 days on, 6 days off roster day shift only which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. You can commute to site directly from Perth, Busselton, Albany or Geraldton so you can grow your career while continuing to enjoy the lifestyle you choose.
You’ll stay on site for the duration of your roster with your own room equipped with TV and ensuite, the mess offers extensive menu options to suit most dietary requirements and there a wide range of activities to keep you entertained after your shift such as group gym classes, yoga and swimming pool.
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
- Hold a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence
- Hold Restricted Electrical Licence
- Experience in preventative, breakdown and general refrigeration maintenance including, ice machines, drinking water fountains and all other general refrigeration work.
- Experience with repairing and maintaining air conditioning plant, including, room air conditioners, split units, evaporative coolers, chiller units and all other general AC work
- Experience in raising quality notifications in SAP
- A willingness to learn and enthusiasm to develop new skills as required
- A willingness to assist all trades (electrical, plumbing and carpentry)
- A manual C Class Drivers Licence
