Kerembla has a dynamic and new opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Administrator on a full-time permanent position, in our supportive and progressive Assets & Maintenance Team, at our operations based in Muswellbrook, NSW.

About Us
Kerembla is a leading provider of drilling services to the exploration, mining, and energy industries of NSW and has been operating for 14 years.
The role includes, but is not limited to
- An immediate start on a competitive remuneration package.
- Working closely with our Maintenance Manager to maintain fleet availability.
- Scheduling services for our fleet.
- New asset onboarding.
- Road going assets registrations.
- Foster relationships with our suppliers ad clients.
- Keeping system records and data up to date.
- Work orders, defects and report management.
What are we looking for?
- Previous demonstrated experience in heavy vehicle transport or fleet administration.
- Strong system and computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail, being responsible for the accurate efficient data entry.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve.
- Have the ability to anticipate future maintenance needs where required.
- Industry knowledge, however, not essential.
- Experience with MEX Maintenance Software (desirable but not essential).
- Experience with Xero (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience with National Heavy Vehicle Scheme Administration (desirable but not essential)..
