Maintenance Allrounder

Private Properties manages some of Western Australia’s most exclusive short stay holiday homes with a portfolio of more than 100 properties. We are family-owned, based in Dunsborough with staff who are passionate about the business and the amazing holiday homes we represent. Our team is dedicated to delivering unique, private and exclusive experiences to visitors from WA and around the world.

We are currently seeking an eager and reliable Maintenance Allrounder.  This position is on an ongoing basis where you will be completing daily exterior house cleaning tasks and maintenance checks. If you are enthusiastic about working outdoors this is a fantastic fit for you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning outdoor furniture and ensuring external areas are clear of rubbish and debris
• Basic machine operation including vacuum cleaner, pressure washer and handheld blower.
• Dusting and cobweb removal
• Responding to adhoc cleaning requests
• Basic maintenance check of property (interior and exterior)
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Periodical cleaning which may include; high pressure washing etc

About you

We are seeking eager and keen candidates with either previous experience in the maintenance or cleaning industry, or a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service, along with having the ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines set.

Preferred requirements:

• Previous Cleaning or Maintenance experience, or willingness to learn
• Current Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
• Good communication skills
• High customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
• High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail
• Be able to follow directions, and work at a fast pace keeping to time limits and required expectations.
• Able to work autonomously and use initiative
