About the Role:
- Permanent Part time role - 2 days per week
- 8am - 4pm
- Days flexible to suit the right candidate
- Reporting directly to the FT Maintenance Officer & General Manager
- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Liaison with external contractors where required
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Previous Landscaping or gardening experience
- Previous Maintenance experience in a Facilities or Accommodation setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance via Opal’s police check system and undergo a pre-employment medical. You may also be required to attend a drug screen and complete psychometric testing. You must also be willing to obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider prior to commencing employment with us.
