As our Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating proactive and reactive maintenance tasks within our Property Management Division ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest possible standard.
Qualifications & experience
- A confident can do attitude with a resilient temperament.
- A minimum of 2 yrs experience in administration with excellent IT skills - preferably within a Trade/Construction business or similar
- An understanding of home maintenance including plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills
- Experience in property/facility maintenance or accommodation sector would be an advantage
- Current Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinating the maintenance & engaging trades to efficently fulfill reactive & proactive maintenance tasks.
- Managing jobs from initial reporting & system entry through to final completion & invoicing
- Improving the cost-effectiveness of our maintenance & property services
- Effectively communicating & consulting with stake holders including tenants and property owners regarding property matters & maintenance items
- Being a flexible team player while often working autonomously with good problem-solving skills
