- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment during the shift
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Proficient in hydraulics and pneumatics, with the ability to perform repairs and modifications to plant and equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production
