YOUR NEW ROLE

Embark on a journey as a Manufacturing Maintenance Fitter, steering the course towards world-class TPM, Safety, and Quality through meticulously planned, effective, and efficient mechanical preventive and breakdown maintenance. Take charge of the day-to-day production and manufacturing maintenance and improvement endeavours for our factory.

Collaborate closely with various functions, including Supply Chain, People and Safety, Quality, and production operators, to achieve production targets, uphold quality standards, and manage costs. Foster a safe and harmonious work environment while instilling a continuous improvement mindset. Your base of operations will be our DC office in Fairfield.

ABOUT YOU

Bring your expertise in General Maintenance on Woodworking Machinery or equivalent, coupled with proficiency in welding (MMA/TIG/MIG), fabrication, and general light duties. Showcase a high understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics, complemented by solid computer skills.
