We take care of fire protection equipment and systems in low- and high-density residential apartments, shopping centres, schools, commercial and industrial buildings encompassing private, corporate and government sectors. We take fire protection seriously and guarantee fire prevention assets under our control are always ready for emergency use.

About the role:

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Handyperson/Locksmith to carry out repair works on a variety of our residential and commercial client sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne predominantly focusing on Fire Doors.  As every structure is different, the successful candidate will be expected to identify, service, and repair a range of different doors and appliances

About you:

• Previous handyperson or maintenance experience is essential (extra bonus points if you have Fire experience too!)
• Locksmith experience - highly desirable
• Ability to learn to use our online client booking/repair system app - Uptick
• Must hold a current driver’s licence
• Carpentry qualifications and/or experience is very favourable however not essential
• Be physically fit and work in a safe manner
• Ability to complete onsite client reports
• Evidence of Covid Vaccination for aged care
• Energetic, motivated and efficient at multi-tasking while working independently
• Hold or able to obtain a Working with Children's Check and Police Clearance
