The Associate Marketing Specialist role has the primary responsibility of supporting in all aspects of marketing. This is an entry level role works closely with the broader Marketing team to help with the coordination, development and/or execution of marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets.Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists with the coordination of and the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Works closely with the Marketing team to help with the development and execution of marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Helps with the development and maintenance of the marketing activity calendar and supporting information.
- Assists with ensuring that marketing activities align, overlaps are minimized and that these activities are communicated as outlined by the marketing calendar.
- Helps the marketing activity owners to perform the readiness planning that ensures that all stakeholders understand the campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements and metrics.
- Assists with the creation of targeted demand generation programmes that are unique, relevant and executable by the assigned business units within NTT.
- Works closely with relevant stakeholders, to help with the tracking and measurement of the success of these demand generation programmes.
- Assists the execution of programmes such as one-on-one campaigns, specific collateral, and other sales aids that generate new opportunities and/or close sales deals.
- Helps with the coordination of internal and external communications forums.
- Assists with the coordination, monitoring and management of information load being distributed to marketing and communications teams.
- Works with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of efficient service.
- Helps with the delivery of content, tools and materials for internal and external communications.
- Participates in and assists with the facilitation of sales enablement activities that create alignment between sales, marketing and key partners.
- Supports on any marketing activities as required by the Marketing management team.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of basic marketing and sales concepts.
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
- Entry level marketing experience.
- Entry level experience working in a similar role and preferably within a similar type of working environment.
