As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a leader in circular economy, sustainability, and community support within the water industry. Assisting with building brand identity and fostering strong relationships while being responsible for crafting compelling narratives, engaging with project teams to develop proposal strategies, and ensuring the highest quality communications and brand language.Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain dynamic marketing materials to showcase innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather essential communications, ensuring strategic objectives are aligned.
- Create, update and manage compelling case studies, spotlighting contributions to the circular economy.
- Cooperate in shaping a unified brand language and ensure it's consistent representation across various channels.
- Drive the production of thought-provoking content, establishing the company as a trailblazer in resource management.
- Effectively utilizing CRM software to meticulously track leads, opportunities, and outcomes, enabling strategic decision-making.
- Manage and edit award submissions, highlighting noteworthy achievements and the submission materials align to the award criteria.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, as well as key industry events.
- 5 years of experience with copywriting, content creation, and Communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Exposure to water, transport, infrastructure, energy or the building industry.
- Ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, and Paris.
- Capability in managing a varied content library.
- Proficient in working autonomously and prioritizing a work schedule.
- Exposure to media monitoring software, campaign software, MS Suite, and Salesforce.
