Company
Your new company is a global powerhouse with over half a decade of market leading experience, they are constantly pushing boundaries and ensuring they are at the forefront of automation and technology within the supply chain sector. Due to an increase in demand, they are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Manager to come on board and hit the ground running.
Role
In your role as the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site maintenance requirements including preventative maintenance and maintenance planning, managing and directing the maintenance team as well as subcontractors on site. You will also be responsible for managing customer expectations and adhering to distribution timelines, ensure site safety is an utmost priority amongst the team as well as assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A relevant engineering degree or significant relevant trade experience i.e. 7 + years
Minimum of 5 + years of experience with automated machinery
5 + years of experience managing teams of fitters and electricians
Exceptional internal & external stakeholder engagement and management skills
Previous continuous improvement experience will be highly desirable
