Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety policies and procedures, meeting business objectives, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficient operation of the maintenance department
- Compliance with safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Effective management of resources to meet business needs and expectations

Key Requirements:- Strong experience with the MEX maintenance system
- Proven track record in maintenance management
- Dual background in electrical and mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to supervise maintenance shifts outside regular hours
- Aptitude for repairing various types of equipment and machinery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
