• Assist Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations of hotel maintenance, including pool, spa, and HVAC systems.
• Perform fixture repairs and replacements, such as lightbulbs, windows, and doors.
• Conduct basic plumbing maintenance on taps, basins, and toilets.
• Inspect and maintain public spaces and guest rooms for preventative maintenance.
• Execute painting duties with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Trade Certificate or equivalent experience in maintenance or painting.
• Proficient in basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Experience in conducting preventative maintenance checks.
• Skilled in painting techniques with an eye for detail and high-quality workmanship.
