ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our local and supportive team in Geraldton. The primary purpose of the role is to apply effective planning techniques using the Qube maintenance system to ensure all maintenance works are planned, scheduled and ready to be coordinated.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Fleet maintenance records as required by Main Roads W.A. and Qube Maintenance Superintendent
- Collate daily maintenance sheets and data process in the company fleet maintenance system
- Prepare weekly service schedules and ensure correct parts are available.
- Daily communication with Transport department for current and future planed repairs/servicing etc.
- Filing of daily maintenance records.
- Other duties as required by Managers.
- Filing and maintenance of fleet records.
- Day to day office tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Current relevant qualifications at a Certificate III level or above (desirable)
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge or a spare parts background desirable
- Previous experience in a transport environment
