The Opportunity:
Due to an Expansion in their Maintenance division, a groundbreaking leader in the Australian mining industry is partnering with Techforce Personnel to find their next Maintenance Planner. In line with these expanding needs, our partner is seeking that this Maintenance Planner have proven experience working with Mineral Processing, Crushing Circuits, and Conveyors and other assorted fixed plant equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling function in relation to preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns, duties include but are not limited to:
- Be prepared to Develop and Manage short & long-term preventative maintenance plans to improve equipment performance.
- Proven experience in process plant/ shutdown planning experience.
- Manage inventory and asset hierarchy to assist with short-term planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities for planning functionality.
- Proven experience developing and managing shutdown schedules advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Project and MS Word)
- Relevant Trade/Engineering qualification.
- Relevant ERP experience particularly with Pronto.
- A proven history on Fixed Plant Maintenance Equipment, particularly with Mineral Processing, Crushing Circuits and Conveyors.
- White/Blue Construction Card, Relevant Trade Certificates, Relevant Trade Licenses, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces & HRWL
