Our offering includes sales, service, hire and customisation of compressors, blowers, dryers, air filtration and other related auxiliaries across many business sectors including Mining, Construction and small industry.
About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to expand our team. This role will be responsible for scheduling, coordination and reporting of maintenance activities, and the execution of associated Maintenance. Working out of our Welshpool office.
Duties include:
- Scheduling of maintenance inspections and services
- Liaise with service technicians keeping an updated knowledge of works being completed and works required
- Ensure accurate and complete service records are maintained
- Work with sales team for upcoming opportunities
- Quote services and repairs in line with client requirements
- communicate with clients completed and upcoming works
- Work with Service technicians to plan service routes and time allocation
- Provide parts requirements to stores
- Liaise with Administration for inductions/training and medical requirements for site access
- Communicate schedules to ensure equipment is maintained
- Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdowns
About you
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The skills and experience best suited to this role:
- Demonstrated experience and competence in planning and scheduling of maintenance
- Demonstrated high-level communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to scope and quote jobs for business development requirements
- highly organised and able to operate between multiple work fronts
- A strong commitment to safety, health, environment, community and teamwork
- intermediate computer skills
