Job Description:
As a Maintenance Planning Supervisor with BSA, you will be responsible for:
•Working across the various sites contracted by BSA all over Australia.
•Upholding workplace health and safety and environmental standards, ensuring a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
•Analysing and monitoring data from battery charging machines (Multishifter, MTC & Carney) and scheduling preventive maintenance sessions in collaboration with clients and facility management teams.
•Identifying modifications to improve the reliability and serviceability of maintained equipment.
•Maintaining charge cycles in lead acid batteries to maximise their life span while minimising life cycle costs.
•Writing job plans, workflow processes and undertaking review and audits.
•Collaborating closely with clients' Facilities and Maintenance Managers to meet schedule and KPI parameters including project costs, work, and scheduling.
•Ensuring quality control on plants and equipment
•Developing maintenance take-over projects from planning to execution.
•Delegating maintenance tasks to the team and finding suitable vendors and service providers.
•Co-ordinating required services and providing maintenance guidelines for industrial machinery and supply chain plants.
•Developing maintenance and safety plans (SOP) and implementing them.
•Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
•Work with operations teams to identify and prioritise maintenance needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement to minimise plant and equipment downtime.
•Managing inventory effectively and procuring appropriate spare parts for effective and smooth running of the machinery.
•Presenting plans with cost-effective solutions to improve sectional KPI levels.
•Inspecting tools and machinery according to safe operational procedures (SOP).
•Scheduling preventive maintenance sessions by analysing PSC data.
•Presenting fact-finding figures to senior management for improvements in workplace safety and maintenance.
•Preparing reports and plans related to work safety and maintenance development activities.
Qualifications:
You must have
•AQF Diploma or higher qualification assessed by equivalent Australian Standards
•Minimum 5 Years plus Experience in Maintenance Planning
•Ability to supervise teams of maintenance scheduling

•The ability to prioritise tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external stake holders to optimise workflows.
•Leadership skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proactive with the ability to work without Supervision and take direction accurately.
•The ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, and practices.
•Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
