As a member of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding plumbing services to residential and commercial clients, from minor repairs to large-scale installations.
About the role
- Provide tailored plumbing maintenance solutions to Hall & Baum customers and manage the overall customer experience.
- Full time maintenance role, 40 hours per week plus overtime if desired
- Lead, mentor, and coach plumbing apprentices, offering in-field training and feedback.
- Uphold and promote high service standards within a professional, supportive and friendly work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Hall & Baum's Work Health and Safety Policy, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Offer competitive remuneration including a fully equipped vehicle, attractive rates, iPad and uniform
- Immediate start available, with negotiable hourly rates based on experience.
- Tasks encompass drain repairs, hot water system maintenance, rainwater tank and Hot water & Heat pump installations, sewer/stormwater system management, warranty work and service agents for leading hot water manufacturers.
Job Requirements
- Fully qualified plumber with trade license, white card, and current driver's license.
- Hold a valid National Police clearance and Working With Children Check, or willing to apply for them.
- Preferably possess restricted electrical license.
- Previous experience in residential and/or plumbing preferred.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in domestic maintenance and renovations required, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing hot water systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, professional with a can-do attitude.
- Excavator license or experience desirable.
