We are looking for a qualified plumber or an individual with extensive experience in scheduling to apply their technical skills in a new way, providing exceptional customer service and job management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Plumber OR individual with over five years of experience in high-level, fast-paced scheduling environments
- Previous training in SimPro (field management software) is highly regarded but not essential
Duties:
- Working with the service team, you will be at the core of our business. This busy role within the department requires excellent organisational skills
- Staying on the ball with the facility managers, contractors, and, of course, our field technicians
- Raising jobs on SimPro accurately, using questioning techniques to ensure the correct discipline is sent to the required job
- Allocating, confirming, and deploying reactive/maintenance jobs appropriately to field technicians and ensuring all have their schedules in advance
- Paying close attention to detail by optimising the use of technicians' time through careful and efficient planning and correct allocation of time, equipment, and skillset, minimising downtime and wasted journeys
- Ensuring technicians complete the jobs on their devices and the job is closed on the system
- Maintaining the in-house database and all compliance checks related to safety and insurance
- Liaising with the Accounts Department to ensure all site hours, supplier documents/invoices and machinery lists have been accurately added to the job while maintaining the timeline to ensure jobs are ready for invoicing and adherence to the project timeline
- Communicating clearly and effectively through all mediums, ensuring any customer issues are managed efficiently and effectively and constantly updated
- Supporting the business to maximise revenue and planning the work efficiently
- Demonstrating excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to build repour with customers and all field technicians
- Assisting with phones within the service team promptly and directing calls efficiently
