Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing updates and information regarding stock availability and dispatching requirements.
- Liaising with Sales Managers to raise sales orders and provide invoicing.
- Entering sales orders into the LN system and opening service orders for installations.
- Maintaining all sales and installation records in line with agreed practices and relevant legislation.
- Managing and maintaining all finished goods sales and finance reporting requirements.
- Providing purchase orders for installs from the LN System.
- Updating and maintaining the Backlog Report in line with revised requirements and information.
- Strong computer skills using all MS Office/Excel applications.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to use your initiative.
