The Role:We are looking for Part-Time Stock Coordinator to join our team at Glue Store at our Rouse Hill Store! As Store Manager, you will lead, drive, develop and inspire your team to achieve overall success. You will be the first point of contact and will be expected to manage your team across all aspects of Store operations.We are looking for the successful candidate to come into the business with experience, knowledge and passion to cultivate an overall stronger team and create the ultimate Glue experience. Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service
Maintaining up to date product knowledge to assist Customers with product queries
Performing transactions on POSStock ManagementReceive stock upon delivery
Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate
Process Stock ( Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock
Merchandise replenishment
Assist Management with stock date
Ensure stock is processed in a timely mannerIn- Store Operations and VMEnsure that all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times ( i.e. correctly placed, hung and folded)WHSExercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance to safe work practices
Reporting all incidents in a timely mannerWHO YOU AREPrevious experience in a similar role
High attention to detail
Articulate problem solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel)
Stock/Administrative retail background
