The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes. This position ensures the efficient and effective planning and scheduling of resources to ensure compliance with legislated safety requirements and schedules maintenance activities that result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity.Duties
- Update fleet system, work orders. Track fleet using IVMS/GPS
- Liaise with workshop and branch managers and third party repairers to schedule maintenance
- Works with vendors on outsource repairs and maintenance of the transportation fleets when necessary and any warranty issues
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, management, and other company policies, procedures, and principles established by government agencies
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required under the direction of Manager
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling for workshop and branches
- Ability to understand and adapt to changing business requirements
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
