Revive Building are looking for a Maintenance & Trade Coordinatorto join the Revive Building Team.

We require an all-rounder to work with and organise various trades, working across various sites. A trade qualification is preferable however overall experience in the below areas will be considered:
In this role you will carry out various tasks for clients across Southwest Sydney region. The work we do includes refurbishments, fit out and de-fit out projects, repairs to building façades and interiors, patching and painting, replacing doors and locks, and related ad-hoc maintenance duties.
Projects include constructing, building, installing, repairing, walls and fixtures on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Skills and experience:
- Certificate in Carpentry (preferred not required)
- Construction white card required
- Driver’s license required.
- Police Check WWAC & WWCC required.
- Valid Work Rights Australian Citizen or PR
Full-time permanent position, with a 3-month probation period. You will be required to work 40 hours per week,
Typically, you will start at 7 AM and finish at 3:30 PM. This will vary from time to time depending on project and client requirements.
We provide maintenance services to variety of clients in aged care, retirement living, retail, education, government, and commercial buildings.
