Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Major Incident Manager to be responsible for execution of Incident Management processes and acts as the IT Service Management lead for problem analysis. The position works closely with all IT Delivery, Problem and Change teams who support the systems to identify root cause/s of long term and reoccurring incidents.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Major Incident management
- Previous experience in systems and network administration, broad understanding of Incident and Problem Management disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise system issues, including corporate sites with significant impact
- Excellent vendor management - You will be working closely with multiple tier one vendors
- Strong demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Previous experience with regulatory compliance issues would be highly regarded
- Ability to work on call once every five weeks
