AddressReporting into the Divisional Finance Manager of this fast-growing, diversified property group, this is an opportunity to join an ASX200 business working in a high performing team with excellent flexibility and culture.
This is a varied Management/Financial Accountant role in which you'll get to work closely with senior managers. Duties include:
• Business partnering with perspective stake holders to assist with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Assist in preparation of quarterly review
• Updating and reconciliation of feasibility models & workflow
• Preparation of monthly journal entries
• Review of project cost allocations
• Assist development team in any ad-hoc finance requirements
• Record / journal deposits, settlements and refunds
• Preparation of forecast analysis
• Complete the reconciliation for all bank accounts associated with deposits, sales
• Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations (deposits, accruals, inventory, others as required)
• Work with the Finance team to prepare the audit file to support financial statements and disclosures
• Contribute to the preparation and verification of investor information
• Participate & contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement
To be considered for this role you are an experienced Financial/Management Accountant. Previous experience working in property or development accounting will be highly reagrded. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
