ING Australia are on the search for a Management Assistant to join our high flying Retail team! Due to an internal promotion, the Retail Leadership Team are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Management Assistant to join their collaborative team. In this role you will be first point of contact for lead team assistance, providing varied support to several of our key Tribe Leads and their wider cross-functional teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your organisational and administrative skills in diary coordination and management, travel bookings and invoice processing, through to compilation of team newsletters, organising events and town halls. This role will give insights and knowledge to really get to know ING Retail, and to play a key role in their continues success!
What You'll Do
- High level diary & calendar management for the Senior Managers including, large volumes of meetings, an ability to adapt to changes to people, places and timing.
- Organise and attending relevant forums, participating, creating & circulating agendas, maintaining action registers & addressing outstanding issues with stakeholders.
- Interact and build relationships with a wide range of individuals and working styles
- Organise monthly awards
- System access, hardware requests & E-Forms
- Support for IT, process & policy, facilities, new starter onboarding and any other ad hoc items as required.
- Key individual helping drive engagement activities that strengthen the team ways of working and make it a fun place to work.
- Proven admin / PA / EA/ support experience
- Proficiency in MS Suite – Word, Excel, Power point
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, an agile mindset and great organizational skills. You will need to be able to juggle multiple competing and critical requests.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information,
- Stakeholder Relationship skills and professionalism to senior level, internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required
- Ability to adapt to change and continuously improve systems and processes
