We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Consultant to join our team. Task & Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic objectives, plans, and processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing resource use.
- Analyse and assess existing organizational structures, systems, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, methods, and operational frameworks tailored to client needs.
- Conduct detailed work studies and data analysis to support the development of optimized business practices.
- Provide strategic advice on organizational change and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational performance.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation of new strategies and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in Big4, construction, energy sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business software (e.g., Power BI, R, SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology integration projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in strategic planning and business development.
