Blacklocks Lavington are looking for a person to fill the role of Aftermarket Sales Consultant, and, Business Manager to support our growing dealership.
The individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers based on trust and confidence. With excellent communication skills and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
You will be required to qualify customer requirements for automotive finance, insurance and warranty solutions as a part of the vehicle purchase process.
You will also be responsible for presenting our range of car care products and accessories to clients who have recently purchased a vehicle.
The Aftermarket Sales Consultant position involves:
- vehicle protection product sales including paint protection treatments, interior protections, window tint and scratch and dent memberships.
The Business Manager Consultant position involves:
- You will assist our Business Manager with finance applications and insurance quotes.
You will be part of a passionate, dynamic and growing sales team.
Our multi franchise dealership includes a dynamic list of brands including: BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Isuzu Ute, JAC, Aprilia, BMW Motorrad, Ducati, Honda, Indian Motorcycle, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, TGB and Ural Motorcycles.

You will have the support of the Senior Business Manager in your induction and training.
About the Opportunity:
- Reporting to the Senior Business Manager
- Preparing warranties and other relevant paperwork prior to delivery of new and used vehicles
- Assist in the co-ordination of customer deliveries
- Maintaining customer follow-up system
- Ensure all aftercare fitting arrangements have been completed efficiently
- Assist Business Manager with finance applications and insurance quotes

Skills and Experience required:
Some finance sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
A strong customer service focus and proven experience delivering results.
A willingness to interact with clients and your team members to actively be involved in the sales process
The drive to build yourself a loyal customer base and a rewarding career in the automotive sector.
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management.
Strong attention to details.
Ability to prioritise in line with processes and structures in place
A friendly and self- motivated personality
Team player attitude
Our vacant position is Full Time and performance based income with uncapped commissions.
