What You'll Do:

As our Management Consultant, you will be empowered to:

• Mobilise new projects and drive them to required KPIs and SLAs
• Manage the compliance, health & safety and human resource aspects of the projects in collaboration with the relevant support teams
• Set and manage goals and targets for the business for the successful implementation and delivery of projects
• Undertake project management activities to ensure timelines and targets are met and prepare comprehensive reports to senior management detailing project status and relevant hurdles
• Take ownership for the relevant project budget to ensure deliverables are achieved to time and to budget
• Ensure the timely flow of information to senior management and all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement areas for improvement in the delivery of security projects
• Identify efficiencies in workflows and technology to improve the way projects are delivered and the manner in which relevant information is captured and reported
• Provide guidance and direction to the leadership team for the improvement of systems, workflows and procedures
• Prepare highly professional and informative client and internal reports that provide insight and drive improvement

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven project management skills and experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in building and managing high performance teams
• Skilled at strategy development and driving organisational change
• A demonstrated ability to readily evaluate information and use data and analytics to drive success
• The ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Masterfully utilise technology to drive efficiency and change
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to influence and inspire through your communication
• A keen eye for detail and recognising priorities to achieve the best outcomes within the shortest timeframes
• A strategic mindset with a view to creating positive organisational change
• A valid security licence will be highly regarded
