Management Coordinator

12-Month Government Opportunity Available (extension for right candidate) & Darwin CBD Location!

Your new company 

You will be working with one of the premier water and power providers within the Northern Territory.  

Your new role 

• Provide secretariat support in relation to meeting and conferences. 
• Providing high level administrative and secretarial services to senior leadership team.
• Prepare and quality control correspondence, including providing assistance to staff in the preparation of procurement, human resources, facilities reports and documentation. 
• Provide project and adhoc administrative support as directed by the executive team.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Well-developed communication skills (written and oral).
• The ability to set priorities and to be well-organised.
• Excellent time management skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at all times.
• Proven record of operating effectively in a politically sensitive environment. 
• Extensive experience of providing high level administrative and secretarial services at senior leadership level.
