Eligibility: Open to EveryoneThe roleTo enhance the achievement of excellence across the sector, the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment is now recruiting a high impact manager to increase the capability and capacity of the South Australian Aboriginal workforce in both the public sector and the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) sector.Reporting to the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, the Manager leads reform, programs and initiatives to support Aboriginal public sector employees to feel supported, valued and empowered to thrive at work. This critical and visible role provides strategic advice to influence decision-making and program designs and implements and evaluates workforce policies, strategies and systems that enhance Aboriginal employee experience and engagement across the sector.The Manager leads consultation with senior executives and managers to design and test new thinking and approaches, assess performance of current practices and propose recommendations to enhance the performance and impact of workforce strategies and policies.
