About the Role:
The Manager HR Business Partnership's role involves creating an energetic, performance-driven environment, supporting an engaged culture, and collaborating with divisional Directors and Managers to build the right culture and capabilities in staff. The incumbent maintains a strategic focus and strong HR leadership, contributing to the development of an integrated human resource service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contributing significantly to addressing emerging operational workforce changes and challenges within SA Health.
Support and influence Executive and Managers across SALHN in making sound judgments and implementing best practices in HR-related matters.
Maintain a strategic focus while providing strong leadership in HR Business Partnering services.
Ensure professional and consistent HR practices to develop an integrated, high-level human resource service.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in:
Successfully leading, directing and advising senior management and executive on a wide range of operational Human Resource Management (HRM) matters.
Leading a team with confidence in ambiguous, changing and challenging situations.
Investigating and researching complex matters and preparing recommendations, reports and submissions.
Implementing HR strategies that support an engaged and high-performing workforce.
