Waverley’s Arts and Culture team is changing and modernising to deliver hyper local and world class Arts and Culture programming to the community, elevating what our community expects and loves. From Bondi Pavilion to the soon-to-open Boot Factory in Bondi Junction and across the entire local government area, Waverley’s Arts and Culture team deliver year-round, contemporary Arts and Culture programming spanning performing arts, music, cabaret, comedy, visual Arts and public art, talks and ideas, festivals and special projects.

You will manage a team of ten to deliver exciting existing and new Arts and Culture projects. Customer experience and excellence are at the forefront of everything we do, and we are determined to be active leaders in the arts sector and enable our local creative community.

Projects are diverse and dynamic, and alongside Arts and Culture programming include audience development, process improvement and a lot more. This role will lead the team to deliver projects, harness innovation and most importantly, put people at the forefront.
