- Lead the implementation of SRW's Asset Management improvement program.
- Direct and review the long term (25 year) capital investment plan and project prioritisation for the annual Corporate Plan and the five-year Price Submission.
- Championing business sustainability and risk management by identifying sustainable asset solutions that prioritise safety, customer requirements, operational feasibility, climate resilience, and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee the Asset Management Framework and its key components, processes, and outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification: In an Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering practice: Expertise in Asset Management, project management, and strategic infrastructure planning being desirable.
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to empower, guide, and inspire teams while providing clear direction to cultivate a dynamic work environment.
- Strong judgement and decision making skills: Characterised by a collaborative approach to consult and seek advice from internal and external stakeholders when navigating complex decision making processes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement: Capacity to assess the effectiveness of current practices and develop innovative approaches.
