Position Summary
As a leading disability support service provider in Perth, we provide specialist services for adults with complex disabilities. With a history dating back 120 years, we are committed to pursuing the dignity of independence for our clients.
To help us achieve our Mission, we are seeking an experienced and passionate individual for our newly created Manager Business and Client Services position.
Reporting to the General Manager Disability, you will provide critical business and management support all areas of Disability Services enabling the operations team to focus on providing high quality client care.
Working closely with Program Managers you will support service governance and coordinate and implement business plans, agreed initiatives, continuous improvement, staff management, rostering, learning and development plans and operational and organisational changes.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be based in our state-of-the-art building in Inglewood.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good understanding of the health care and NDIS landscape
- Experience in building strong and mutually beneficial strategic relationships and partnerships
- Experience in strategic account management
- Proven success in securing and developing partnerships with a focus on generating business revenue and growth.
- Strong experience in developing strategic partnerships from prospecting, through to pitching, planning, negotiating, and delivering against agreements.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication, writing and pitching skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with a wide range of external (corporate, government, not for profit) and internal stakeholders.
- Working with government / not for profit sector desirable
- WA drivers’ licence
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Evidence of an up-to-date influenza vaccination
